While I was writing my last post I was filled on a trade with Advanced Micro Devices (AMD). I own 1000 shares of AMD at $94.75. I placed an order to sell 10 contracts of the AMD 12/18/20 $95 Calls. I entered the order with a premium of $1.20. I was filled so this trade gave me $1200.
Sell to Open 10 AMD 12/18/20 $95.00 C @ $1.20 (+$1200)
This trade gets a Risk Factor 1.
