Last week, on 12/3 I bought 1000 shares of Workhorse (WKHS) at $21.80 and sold a 10 contract $22 Call for a premium of 80¢. I was not assigned.
A few minutes ago I sold another 10 contract Call against those shares. I sold 10 WKHS 12/11/20 $22 Calls for a premium of $1 for $1000.
Sell to Open 10 WKHS 12/11/20 $22.00 C @ $1.00 (+$1000)
This trade gets a Risk Factor 1.
I own 2000 shares of Palantir (PLTR) at 28.40 and have a $29 Call sold to expire this Friday.
In addition to this Covered Call I just bought another 2000 shares at $26.70 and sold 20 PLTR 12/11/20 $28 Call for a premium of $1.50 for $3000.
Buy 2000 Shares PLTR @ $26.70
Sell to Open 20 PLTR 12/11/20 $27.00 C $1.50 (+$3000)
This is a very hot low priced stock with very nice premiums. I like the company and their reviews. I now own 4000 shares and there is some risk but I give this trade a Risk Factor 2. I feel a little more risk than a Risk Factor 1 because of the amount of shares I now own.
Successful trading,
Steve
