Back on 2/27/24 I bought a 1 Call option with Walmart when the stock did a 3:1 stock split. I paid $3.30 for this position. Today Walmart is up on good earnings. I decided to sell the position. My target was to get out at $4.15 and I sold for $5.50.
2/27/24 – Buy to Open 1 WMT 9/20/24 $60.00 C @ $3.30
5/16/24 – Sell to Close 1 WMT 9/20/24 $60.00 C @ $5.50
Profit $220
This gave me a profit of $220 which is a 66.6% gain. I held the position for a little less than 3 months.
