I sometimes review this journal .
Hi Joe,
I do not use the Journal for my Day Trading. For Day Trading I only use the technicals. I look for stocks that gap in the pre-market. Sometimes I don’t even know what the stock does. A great time to Day Trade is earnings season, which just started. Earnings reports will cause stocks to gap up or down. Having said this, my number one technical is the VWAP.
