Results Week Ending 9/11/20

What a difference a week makes lol. Last week I locked in 118K and this week $2200.

That’s a joke! The bottom line is I did not trade this week. I hardly even opened my computer. For trading anyway!

The truth is I was at my computer all day, all week. I organized a 9/11 ceremony, saluting the lives of the first responders who lost their lives that day 19 years ago. As you might know I lost a lot of friends that day. I named my pizza joint after one of my closest, Mike Fiore.

The ceremony turned out to be a big success! We had some of the biggest chiefs speak from the FDNY, NYPD and the Port Authority PD. Along with these speakers we had bagpipes, Color Guard, Honor Guards, singers and about 500 people in attendance. It was a big success but it was a lot of work. But for the first responders of 9/11 I’ll do whatever I have to, even stop trading for a week. Which I did!

I only have 1 trade to report. I got into it last week, on Sept 2nd. It was a Covered Call with Draftkings (DKNG) and I was assigned. When I got in the stock was down. I got a nice premium but I had to go out to the next week. The stock moved this week and I was assigned.

9/11/20 – Assigned 1000 Shares DKNG @ $40.00

Profit +$200

9/2/20 – Sell to Open 10 DKNG 9/11/20 $40.00 C @ $2.00 (+$2000)

Profit +$2000

For only 1 trade it was a nice week. Now that the Apple & Tesla splits are done it’s time to get back to reality. I have a feeling we’ll have a few more splits before the end of the year.

For a week of no trading, I’ll take it!

I still have a lot of work to do with the ceremony. The winding down stuff. All the “thank you” emails. I had a lot of help. This could not have happened with the help I had. There were a lot of people I recruited to get involved. They must be recognized.

This week, starting tomorrow,

I’ll be back in the game of trading. Back to normal. However, I will be working on a strategy for the election.
