Made 2 Trades With DKNG & MA

Professional sports are starting to workout and are scheduling opening days. This has Draftkings (DKNG) and other sports related stocks on the move.

I also read a lot about the reduction in the use of cash. Many stores already stopped excepting the “King” and are only excepting other payment methods. And with so many items being ordered on-line, other payment methods are on the rise.

Yesterday I bought 1 contract of a Visa (V) LEAPS. Today I bought 1 contract of the MasterCard (MA) LEAPS. I also like Square (SQ) and PayPal (PYPL). I feel SQ is a little high priced for their earnings, but the stock is constantly moving up. I will be watching these 2 stocks very closely.

Buy to Open 1 MA 1/21/22 $310.00 C @ $46.50 

With DKNG, which has been moving up, I did another Covered Call. I bought 500 shares at $38.10 and sold 5 contracts of the DKNG 7/24/20 $38.50 Calls. I received a premium of $1.50.

Buy 500 Shares DKNG @ $38.10

Sell to Open 5 DKNG 7/24/20 $38.50 C @ $1.50 (+750)

With DKNG on the move I give this Covered Call a Risk Factor 1.
