Sold 3 Skyworks Solutions Calls
I bought 300 shares of Skyworks Solutions (SWKS) on 6/18 at $130. When I bought the shares I sold a 3 contract At-the-Money Call. Because I was not assigned for the last 3 week I brought in premiums of $630, $450, and the Call expiring today for $225. A total of $1305.
The stock is up today and it actually hit the $130 Strike Price but I don’t think I’ll get assigned, again. I decided to get a jump on next week’s income and just sold another Call for the 4th week in a row. I sold 3 contracts of the 7/9/20 $130 Calls for a premium of $2.20 for another $660.
Sell to Open 3 SWKS 7/10/20 $130.00 C @ $2.20 (+$660)
If I get assigned next week, which is something I always hope for, this will have been a great investment of 300 shares of SWKS.
Until my current Covered Call expires today at the close this trade gets a Risk Factor 5 because it’s a Naked Call on a very good stock. If I don’t get assigned this will become a Covered Call and will change to a Risk Factor 1.
